This Privacy Policy explains how Savings Goal (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile application Savings Goal (the “App”) and any related services.
- We collect only what’s needed to run the App, improve it, and (if enabled) show ads or process purchases.
- You can request deletion, export, or correction of your data by emailing help@owldebtfocus.top.
- We never sell personal information for money. If we use ad networks, some data may be used for personalized ads; you can opt out.

Information you provide
- Goal data: goal names, target amounts, deadlines, notes, and progress you log in the App.
- Account data (if you create an account or enable sync): email, display name, and authentication identifiers.
- Support: messages you send to our support channels.
Information collected automatically
- App usage: device model, OS version, App version, language, region, crash logs, and interaction events (e.g., feature usage). Collected via analytics SDKs (see §5).
- Identifiers: device advertising ID (e.g., Google Advertising ID) only if ads are enabled (see §5).
- Network data: IP address and general location (city/country level) derived by our service providers to deliver the service and prevent fraud.
Information from third parties
- Store platforms: Google Play provides purchase state, refunds, and subscription status (see §6).
2) How we use information
- Provide core App functionality (create goals, track progress, reminders).
- Process in-app purchases or subscriptions and manage entitlements.
- Monitor performance, fix bugs, and improve features.
- Personalize non-sensitive parts of the experience (language, theme) and, if enabled, personalize ads (see choices in §5).
- Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms.
3) Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
- Contract: to provide the App and purchases you request.
- Legitimate interests: to secure and improve the App.
- Consent: for personalized ads, analytics where required, and marketing communications (you can withdraw at any time).
- Legal obligation: to meet accounting and compliance duties.
5) Advertising & analytics
If the App shows ads, we may integrate ad networks such as Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, or Pangle. These partners may use mobile identifiers (e.g., GAID), IP address, coarse location, and app interaction data to deliver, cap, and measure ads and to detect fraud. You can opt out of personalized ads in App settings and via device settings: Settings > Google > Ads (Android) to reset or limit ad personalization.
Analytics (e.g., Firebase Analytics) helps us understand feature usage and improve the App. Where required, we ask for consent before enabling analytics.

6) Purchases & subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive non-sensitive purchase metadata (e.g., product ID, transaction token, country) to unlock features (such as removing ads or personalization). We do not receive or store full payment card details.
7) Data retention
- Goal data: kept while you use the App or until you delete it.
- Account/sync data: kept until you delete your account or after a period of inactivity (e.g., 24 months).
- Transactional records: retained as required by tax and accounting laws.
- We anonymize or delete data when no longer needed.
8) Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, restricted access, and regular updates. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9) Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us to delete it.
10) International transfers
We may process information on servers located outside your country. Where required, we rely on approved safeguards for cross-border transfers (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
11) Your rights & choices
- Access / portability: request a copy of your data.
- Correction: update inaccurate information.
- Deletion: request deletion of your data and account.
- Consent withdrawal: turn off analytics or personalized ads where consent is used.
- CCPA/CPRA (California): you may opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising by disabling personalized ads in App settings and device settings. We do not sell personal information for money.
- Objection / restriction (EEA/UK): you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

12) Device permissions
- Notifications (optional): to send saving reminders.
- Network: to sync data, verify purchases, and load ads (if enabled).
- Storage (optional): to export or back up data, if you use these features.
13) Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the App or laws. We will post the new effective date at the top and, when appropriate, notify you in the App.
